We may also collect transaction records and payment information, including personal information from our partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distributors, hereinafter referred to as “Partners”).

Article 3 (Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The personal information collected from Customers etc. will be used for the purposes following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services,
To respond to inquiries from Customers etc. (including verification of identity),
To send notifications from the Company,
To make necessary contact such as reservation confirmations, maintenance, and important notices,
To allow Customers etc. to access, modify, or delete their registered information and to view their usage status,
To bill Customers etc. for usage of the Services,
For purposes related to the above.

Article 4 (Changes to the Purposes of Use)

The Company may change the purposes of use of personal information only if the new purposes are reasonably related to the original ones. If there is a change in purpose, we will notify Customers etc. or publish it on this website in the manner prescribed by the Company.

Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information)

1. The personal information we collect is managed appropriately and carefully, and we take necessary and reasonable measures to prevent leakage, loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access.


2. We may outsource the handling of personal information to improve the quality of the Services and convenience for the Customers; in such cases, we ensure that appropriate management is maintained by the contractors.

Article 6 (Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from Customers etc., except in cases allowed by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws, such as:

When consent has been obtained from the person concerned,

When it is necessary to protect life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain consent,
When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the healthy development of children and obtaining consent is difficult,
When it is necessary to cooperate with national or local public authorities or their consignees in performing legally stipulated tasks, and obtaining consent might impede the performance of these tasks. Despite the above, we do not consider it as providing to third parties when:
Outsourcing handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes,

The content of this Policy can be changed without notifying Customers etc., except as otherwise provided by law or specified in this Policy. Changes become effective when posted on the website, except as otherwise specified by the Company. Significant changes will be notified to Customers etc. in an appropriate manner.

Article 13 (Obtaining Consent)

The Company obtains the consent of Customers etc. in an appropriate manner when collecting personal information. By agreeing to provide their personal information, Customers etc. consent to its handling according to this Policy.

Article 14 (Notification at the Time of Providing to Third Parties)

When providing personal information to third parties, the Company notifies Customers etc. of the recipient, the content of the information provided, and the purpose of the provision, or places it in a state easily accessible by them.
